2025年4月7日，日本医疗卓越组织（Medical Excellence Japan，简称MEJ）首席执行官涩谷健司先生率团访问国录集团，思岚咨询总裁山姆·拉德万等国际医疗健康领域专家随行，国录集团总经理胡天立及相关业务负责人参加交流活动。此次访问是涩谷健司先生继与中国国家卫生健康委员会交流后，专程开展的产业界重要合作对话。

A healthcare delegation led by Mr. Kenji Shibuya, the CEO of Medical Excellence Japan (MEJ), visited Guolu Group on the 7th of April, 2025, the group member including Mr Sam Radwan, president of Enhance International. General Manager of Guolu Group, Hu Tianli and related business units attended the welcome discussion. This is another important dialogue with industrial sector for Mr. Kenji Shibuya, which followed by his communication with the National Health Commission of China.

Guolu Group extended a warm welcome to Mr. Shibuya Kenji and his delegation. General Manager Hu Tianli presented the company's strategic layout in specialized medical nutrition (FSMP), biopharmaceuticals, healthcare services, and premium medical tourism. As a comprehensive industrial enterprise in China, Guolu Group highlighted its achievements across sectors: In FSMP, it pioneered a dual-certification system compliant with both China CDC and U.S. FDA standards. Within biopharmaceuticals, the group collaborates with Kyoto University and other global leaders on Alzheimer's drug development and proton therapy research, while advancing stem cell industrialization through GMP-certified laboratories.For healthcare services, the company operates 300,000 beds nationwide, delivering integrated "prevention-treatment-rehabilitation" solutions for upscale healthcare markets.

Mr. Kenji Shibuya expressed high appreciation for Guolu Group's innovative practices in the medical and healthcare sector. He stated that as an important medical and healthcare promotion institution in Japan, MEJ has significant advantages in regenerative medicine and the operation of high-end healthcare communities, and looks forward to deepening cooperation with Chinese enterprises. Sam Radwan, President of Enhance International, expressed his willingness to provide professional support for the cooperation between China and Japan in the medical and healthcare industry.

Both sides engaged in in-depth exchanges on key topics such as the application of stem cell technology, standardization of proton therapy, the cultivation of healthcare services, and Elderly care community operation. General Manager Tianli Hu emphasized that the tremendous growth potential of China's medical and healthcare market and expressed the desire of establishing a long-term cooperation mechanism with Japanese partners. He proposed collaborative initiatives in technological innovation, mutual recognition of standards, and talent cultivation, Construction of Smart Elderly Care Communities, jointly promoting the innovative development of the industry.
